Certain content published, distributed, or displayed by Moments of Reset LLC aka PAVNESS Unbreakable Leadership Lab (the “Company”), including but not limited to videos, promotional materials, educational content, and marketing communications, may be created or presented with the assistance of artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools.

These tools may be used to support:

  • Presentation, formatting, or delivery of content

  • AI-generated avatars or voice technology modeled on the likeness of Pavinee aka "Pav" Lertjitbanjong Editing, transcription, captioning, or production workflows

All AI-assisted content is subject to human review, approval, and oversight prior to publication.

2. Intellectual Ownership & Human Authorship

All ideas, frameworks, methodologies, instructional content, and strategic concepts presented in AI-assisted materials are original works created by the Company or its principals, unless otherwise expressly stated.

AI tools are used solely as production and delivery aids and do not independently create, determine, or substitute for the underlying instructional or strategic content.

3. Digital Likeness & Consent

Where AI-generated avatars or voice technology are used, such avatars and voices are:

  • Based on the authorized likeness and consent of [Founder/Instructor Name]

  • Used exclusively by the Company for its own content and communications

  • Not intended to represent or impersonate any third party

No unauthorized use of another individual’s identity, likeness, or voice is permitted or intended.

4. No Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice

The Company’s content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing presented in AI-assisted or non-AI-assisted materials constitutes:

  • Medical advice

  • Psychological or psychiatric treatment

  • Legal, financial, or professional advice requiring licensure

Users are responsible for exercising independent judgment and, where appropriate, seeking qualified professional guidance.

Examples, techniques, frameworks, or strategies discussed in Company materials—whether AI-assisted or otherwise—are illustrative and educational in nature.

The Company makes no representations or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, performance improvements, or results.

The Company is committed to:
