All content on this site — including the 3D Protocol, the Glitch Type framework (Freeze, Ramble, Shrink, Snap), all written materials, training methodologies, frameworks, and the Glitch Proof ebook — is the intellectual property of Pav Lertjitbanjong / PAVNESS and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, teach, or create derivative works from any PAVNESS content without prior written permission.
Products and services
All purchases are made through Stan Store and are subject to Stan's terms of service in addition to these terms. PAVNESS products are for personal, professional development use only and may not be resold or shared.
Refund policy
We offer a 14-day full refund on all products from the date of purchase or first session. To request a refund, email pav@pavness.com within 14 days with your purchase details. No further explanation required.
The Unbreakable Leadership Lab — membership
Lab membership is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Founding member rates are locked for the duration of continuous membership and are forfeited upon cancellation.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in California courts.
